We are very pleased to bring Yoga to the BFL! We have several recent graduates from Elements 3 Yoga in Framingham, who are bringing their yogic teachings to the library! With a variety of teachers, participants will get to try out different kinds of yoga!
Weather permitting, we will be outside, but space for each class is limited. Weekly sign ups will begin the Monday before a class (to be fair to all of our yoga enthusiasts out there!). You can sign up with the form on our website (which will be available on the Monday before) or call the library at 508-653-6730.
Please bring your own yoga mat and choice of hydration. We will have some yoga blocks, but if you have them, please bring 2 to the class.
You must be 18 or up to participate. You also need to sign our Yoga Waiver – only once but we must have it on file for you to participate in Yoga at the BFL. You can fill it out online or at the library before your first class.

Monday, September 25, 2:30pm, free, Made possible by Eliot Center for Health and Rehabilitation.
Both John and Abigail Adams played important roles in the many pivotal events of their era. He was a key figure in the Continental Congress and later wartime emissary to France; she was an important eyewitness reporter during the siege of Boston and in John’s absence left alone to raise the family and manage the farm. After the Revolution, John and Abigail were deeply caught up in the political turmoil and of 1790s, which almost pulled the new nation apart. We are open every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Our market is open year round. We move from the Natick common right across the street to the Common Street Church. You won't miss a bit of all the good music and you certainly won't miss any of your vendors. We will be there come rain, sunshine, or snow.
The Natick Farmers Market, sponsored by the Natick Center Associates, is designed to meet the following goals:
To provide fresh food products, either grown or made by local providers, to the community.
To provide a marketing opportunity to farms and small food businesses in order to help sustain a thriving, local food source.
To provide the community with a broad range of information about food and it's sources, and the opportunity to speak directly with those producers involved with bringing the food to market.
