The Town of Natick is committed to providing and maintaining quality municipal services to its citizens in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible. To this end, the Office of the Town Administrator annually undertakes a comprehensive review of one or two areas of municipal service delivery. Studies review the historic provision of service to citizens in Natick, the current service delivery model, the provision for the same service in Natick's comparable communities regionally and nationally, and propose a series of potential changes or
modifications designed to improve service and overall cost-efficiency. Ongoing and completed studies are shown below.
