The Natick Housing Authority (NHA) is a public body, politic and corporate, established under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 121B. Our primary mission is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing opportunities, thereby improving the quality of life for those of low income, including families, those with disabilities and elders.
The Natick Housing Authority was formed in 1948 and is proud of its long history of promoting and providing adequate and affordable housing in Natick, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The five-member Natick Housing Authority Board oversees the Authority’s overall direction. Board Members approve all significant contract awards, make budget decisions, and send formal submissions to State and Federal agencies. They also make all major policy decisions and deal with many other important Authority matters.

The Natick Housing Authority is committed to full compliance with all local, state and federal nondiscrimination laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act; and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations governing Fair and Equal Housing Opportunity.
