Tap Dancing
Beginners Tap Dacing Class ofered in the Fall and in the Spring. Six week course, free. Call the Center for exact start of the next available class. Come and learn a new dance or refresh an old talent, all we require is a love of dance, some commitment, and a good sense of humor.

Line Dancing
Get your week moving every Monday afternoon with line dancing! Have fun, make new friends and get great exercise all at the same time! This very popular class, taught by Bette O'Hare, begins at 1:00 A.M. The suggested donation is $2.00.

Beginner's Line Dancing
Taught by our Monday Line Dancing Instructor, Bette O'Hare, this is the suggested place to learn the basics of Line Dancing before attempting to join the Monday Group. Free and open to everyone. This is a six week course, given several times during the year, please call the Center for the exact start date for the next class.

Ballroom Dancing For Fun & Fitness

Games of Skill & Chance
Bingo
Also called Fun & Games. Groups of 50 or more meet twice a week for games. Players must be a member of the "Friends of the Natick Senior Center, Inc."

Bowling
This mixed group meets weekly throughout the year. Drop-ins are welcome. Senior rates apply.

Chess
The Metro West Chess Club meets at the Kennedy Senior Center one evening a week. All levels of players are welcome. For more information call (508) 620-7647

Contract Bridge
Intermediate level play and occasional instruction (Class series offered 3-4 times a year). Tables are made up from players who show up. More players always welcome.

Pool/Billiards
Two regulation tables are available. Men play Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Women play Wednesdays at 1:00 P.M. Tables are open at other times for anyone to use.

Scrabble
This group meets every week to share their mutual love of word play and Scrabble.

Bereavement Group
"Rebuilding After Loss"
Support group for adults of all ages who have lost a loved one within the past three years.
Day & Time: Usually the third thursday of the month at 1:00. Please call for next group meeting time.
Caregivers Support Group
This support group is for individuals who serve as primary caregivers for someone with Alzheimer's Disease.
Day & Time: We hope to offer this program again soon. Please call for more information.
Clergy Tea's
A monthly non-denominational discussion group facilitated by two different local clergy each month. The subject varies each month and is loosely structured. The group leads itself down some interesting paths. Feel free to stop by and share your thoughts or just listen. And enjoy a spot of refreshments.

Diabetic Support Group
For people who have Diabetes, this group offers a wealth of information and support that is aimed at empowering people deal with their disease more effectively. This group is facilitated by a LICSW and utilizes educational tools and group experiences as well as occasional guest speakers. For more information call Kathleen at 1-508-647-6540.

Feldenkrais
This is a great class for people who have decreased mobility or if traditional exercises cause too much pain. Using slow movements and stretching exercises, the body is re-educated to move in a better way. Aids in relaxation and pain reduction. Suggested donation is $2.00. Fit & Firm
Weekly exercise group uses chairs and floor mats to perform non-aerobic stretching and flexibility exercises.

Low Vision
A monthly support group for people with loss of vision. Through the use of speakers, and sharing of fellow group members, participants gain an increased sense of independence and knowledge.
Day & Time: 4th Friday of every month at 1:00 P.M. (No Meetings in January or February)
Pharmacy Talks
A monthly talk dealing with prescription medications, over the counter drugs and vitamins and how they might effect or react to certain other medications or disease processes. The subject changes each month so check at the center for this month's subject. These classes are led by Dr. Phillip Wizwer and his students from the Mass. College of Pharmacy

SHINE
Certified volunteer counselors provide information, counseling, and other assistance on health insurance options for seniors citizens and other Medicare beneficiaries on a twice weekly basis. Prescheduled appointments are requested. Call 1-508-647-6540 to make an appointment.

T'ai Chi

Moment w/ Moira
A once a month opportunity to share your thoughts and idea's with our Director Diana Ryder. She usually has a subject that is of a timely nature, but she is open to all subjects and concerns. Come and share your ideas, compliments, complaints or just to talk.

Monday Movies
Each week we extend the opportunity to you to see a movie with friends. Due to the generosity of Video Paradise we are able to bring to you, free of charge, a large selection of videos. We supply the movie, you supply the popcorn.

TRIAD
The Natick TRIAD consists of local police, Council on Aging staff members, and Natick Seniors. Our TRIAD gathers information and communicates this information to every senior regarding issues of crime, fraud and the reduction of un-warranted fear of crime affecting older citizens throughout the community of Natick. TRIAD is always looking for new members, all you need do is attend a meeting.

Booktalk
Avid readers and lovers of books of all kinds meet monthly to discuss a previously selected title. Staff of the Morse Institute Library leads discussions.

A diverse group of individuals who like to write and meet weekly to share and discuss their poems, short stories, and other creative pieces. For new and experienced writers.

Chorale Singing Group
Do you love to sing? Would you like to join others and bring that love of music to people in nursing homes? Or do you want to get together with other folks who just like to sing? If yes than come to join us. The Goldenaires choral group meets weekly for practice or performances in Metro West.

Counted Cross Stitch
Have you always wanted to learn how to do counted cross stitch? Do you already have projects you are working on but would enjoy meeting with others who share your love of stitching? All levels are welcome.

Drama Club - Broadway Seniors
Put together a group of talented enthusiastic individuals, mix in a little "ham", sprinkle with a touch of experience and guidance, simmer with practice, and warm with audience applause and rave reviews and you have the recipe for a theater group. We have volunteer instructors, who are themselves talented artists, who are eager to share their knowledge, critiques and enthusiasm.
