In accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 140 § 137 all dogs housed within the Town of Natick must be registered.

How to Apply for a License
Download application form @ above line. Complete and return it to the Town Clerk, 13 East Central St, Natick, MA 01760. Please include:
1. check or money order for the appropriate fee, made payable to "Town of Natick".
2. a copy of the current rabies certificate and spayed/neutered certificate
3. a self addressed stamped envelope; we will return all documents to you, including the Dog License and Tag.
