· On the morning of Friday, June 13, 2008, Officer Munger was patrolling the Natick Village when his attention was drawn to a suspicious motor vehicle parked next to an unoccupied vehicle that had a GPS unit clearly visible from outside the vehicle. By the time Officer Munger turned around to investigate further, the suspicious vehicle had fled the scene. Upon informing the Natick Village Security Officer on duty about this vehicle, Officer Munger was told that the same vehicle has been observed fleeing the scene every time it is approached by a marked Natick Village Security vehicle.
· On the morning of Thursday, June 19, 2008, Officer Munger noticed smoke coming out of the Stern’s Variety store on Pond Street. If not for his observations on this morning, the fire could have caused even more damage to the surrounding properties.
