    Enjoy breakfast treats donated by Roche Bros and Celebrate Father’s Day with us! Herb Crehan, Red Sox historian and author, will talk about Red Sox heroes from the 20th century and this year’s candidates for future Red Sox stardom. Herb Crehan is in his 23rd season as a regular contributor to Red Sox Magazine, the team’s official program. Herb has interviewed over 130 Red Sox stars from past years including new Red Sox manager Alex Cora and is the author of The Impossible Dream 1967 Red Sox: Birth of Red Sox Nation.

  3. Focus on Balance – Managing Concerns about Falls

    An evidence-based workshop specifically designed for older adults. The goal of this class is to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity level of older adults. While acknowledging the risk of falling, we’ll emphasize practical coping strategies. We’ll practice light exercises to improve balance, learn how to get up from a fall and lifestyle modifications for your home and general environment. Workbooks will be provided. Led by Dr Cheryl Abelow from FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center. Limited to 20.

    6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Presentation and Discussion with Rudolph Agosti MD, Inpatient Psychiatrist at Leonard Morse Hospital. Dr. Agosti will share learnings from his nine-year history of treating mental health and substance use disorders among veterans in the VA Boston Healthcare System and in his current role as an inpatient psychiatrist and medication assisted treatment prescriber for Metrowest Medical Center. 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM Treatment Navigation, Recovery Coach information, and other resources available. Naloxone (Narcan) distribution provided by the Natick Health Dept.
