The meeting was called to order by the Chair John Ciccariello at 7:18 p.m.

JUNK DEALER’S PERMIT~
The sole agenda item was to consider an application for a Junk Dealer's license for Arch Stanton, LLC, who had a rental agreement with the Natick Collection.~ The applicant plans to purchase jewelry and other precious metals to be recycled.~

On a motion by Mr. Ostroff, seconded by Ms. Gloff, a Junk Dealer's license for the dates of May 8-10 and May 15-17 was unanimously approved for Arch Stanton LLC, subject to the usual conditions for such a license, including reports to the Police Department as required.

On a motion by Ms. Gloff, seconded by Mr. Ostroff, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
