Section 1 Powers and Duties There shall be an Information Systems Advisory Board which shall advise the Town on policies, procedures, priorities, and planning of the information systems of the Town.
Section 2 Composition, Term of Office Said Board shall be composed of seven (7) members who shall be appointed by the Board of Selectmen from within the Town and shall not be full-time employees of the Town. When available, a minimum of four (4) of said seven (7) members appointed by the Board of Selectmen shall possess knowledge and experience in the field of information systems and services. Appointees to the Information Systems Advisory Board shall serve for three (3) year terms commencing July first. In the event of a vacancy occurring in the membership other than by the expiration of the term of a member, the Board of Selectmen shall within sixty (60) days after a vacancy occurs appoint a successor to serve for the balance of the unexpired term.
Section 3 Meetings Meetings of said Board are to be held at least four (4) times each calendar year.
