Regular business hours for the Town of Natick are as follows:
Monday- Wednesday   8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday   8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday   8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Making a Public Records Request

  • Public Records Requests may be made in person, by mail addressed to the Records Access Officer, by facsimile at the numbers listed above or by email at the addresses listed above.
  • Although not required, requests for public records should be submitted in writing in order to ensure the Office accurately and completely responds to your request.
  • To facilitate timely responses to public records requests, requests should be as specific as possible. The more specific the request, the better able that the Town will be able to respond to it in a timely and cost efficient manner. In some instances the Town may assess a reasonable fee for the production of the records
