Open Enrollment 2023

Open Enrollment for employees working 20 or more hours per week and retirees under age 65 or not Medicare eligible runs from April 24, 2023 until May 12, 2023. 

Health Insurance

If you are currently enrolled in a Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim or Tufts health plan and not making any changes during this Open Enrollment, you do not need take any action.
If you wish to make any changes to your current health insurance, please complete the appropriate form below:

FSA (Flexible Spending Account)

Employees are required to enroll annually for the FSA.  Flexible spending accounts run on a calendar year from July 1 through June 30.  You must re-enroll each year during open enrollment.

HSA (Health Savings Account)

The Health Savings Account is for those members that are signed up for an HSAQ health insurance plan. Once you are enrolled in the HSA there is no need to enroll annually.

Delta Dental and EyeMed

If you are currently enrolled in Delta Dental and/or EyeMed and not making any changes, 
you do not need to take any action.
If you wish to make changes to your current dental or vision plan (enroll or cancel coverage), please complete the appropriate form below:
