Bill Questions & Issues
We encourage you to sign up for our WaterSmart program enabling you to track evaluate your water consumption. The next step you should take if you have a question about your bill is to call the Collector’s Office in Town Hall located at 13 East Central Street where the billing is done. If it is determined that the bill is correct, you may contact the Water Division at 508-647-6557 to assist in verifying the meter read.
Final Water & Sewer Bill for Current Owners
Please download and fill out the form below and email it to email@example.com Appointments are assigned consecutively in 30 minute blocks starting at 8:00 AM Monday through Thursday. The last appointment is 9:30 AM. A Water Customer Service Representative will confirm your appointment by email.
Final bills are available after 12:00 PM, same day as appointment - at the Natick Town Hall Collector's Office, First Floor, 13 East Central St. Natick. You must pay in cash if you require a paid receipt of the final bill. A. $25 service fee will be added to the final bill. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Missed appointment will be charged the service fee.

With the largest single expense in the Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund is the Assessment Charge by the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) for accepting and treating the Town's wastewater. This expense makes up 80% of the Sewer Division Operating budget. As of July 1, 2019 the current MWRA Assessment is nearly $6,000,000.
