Hydrant Flushing

Spring water quality hydrant flushing has begun this week and will continue for the next several weeks. Water mains are flushed at night, during low use periods. Hydrant flushing is an essential process in the maintenance of all potable water systems.  The appearance of discolored water may occur in this and surrounding neighborhoods.  Discolored water can be removed by running cold water through the faucet closest to your water meter for 20 minutes.  We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Natick Water Division at 508-647-6557. The following web link will be updated weekly with the roadways to be flushed  ttps://
