I am a senior citizen. How do I receive help getting to a medical appointment?

The Natick Council on Aging offers a volunteer transportation program to senior residents of Natick. Our drivers take you to your appointments by picking you up at your home. Pickups start at 8:30 am and drop-offs must end by 5:00 pm. Call the Natick Community-Senior Center at 508-647-6540 to make a request at least 10 business days in advance of your appointment.

The Natick Connector is a 13-seat passenger van that is a convenient, secure and accessible transportation service for seniors and disabled residents. The service provides door-to-door transportation to destinations in Natick and the surrounding towns of Framingham, Wellesley, Wayland, Ashland (Market Basket only), and Sherborn and runs Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
