| Due to a clerical error on the cover of the project documents, as generated by a third party, which specified the location for bids due was at Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick (the location of the old procurement office), several bidders appeared to deliver bids at Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, rather than at DPW, 75 West Street, Natick (the actual place for the delivery of bids). We learned this as the bids were being opened. As a result, the equal footing principle of bidding is arguably disturbed. We do not wish to continue this procurement as a result. The procurement is cancelled, and all bids are rejected in the public interest. This project will be re-advertised, and re-bid shortly.
