    Wednesday Walks with Sharon Every Wednesday in May, 9-10am, free (May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29) Meet up for a springtime stroll at Massachusetts Horticultural/Elm Bank Reservation, 900 Washington St. Flowering trees, flowers and shrubs will be on display. We will walk the circular road at Elm Bank and the gardens, paved, sneakers are appropriate. Meet in lot by the Visitor’s Center. Walks go rain or shine. Bathrooms are available on site.   1. A Communications Skills Workshop for Caregivers facing substance use in their families

    Learn A Better Way is a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn how to change the family dynamic and work toward reducing or eliminating problematic substance use -- presented by the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids & The Natick Service Council. The workshop will be facilitated by Doug & Bea Duncan, longtime Natick residents and is designed to help you learn new skills in communication, behavior management and self-care. Doug and Bea have lived the journey of loving a child with a substance use disorder and will draw upon their own experience. The workshop covers 10 topics in two series.
