CRT Second Amendment

Award amount: As funds are now available to allow final design work to occur, the scope of the contract will need to be amended to add final design work. The amount of the contract will also be increased from the sum of $298,831.22 to the sum of $462,846.09. The Second Amendment also extended the initial term until December 31, 2024.

Exempt per M.G.L. c. 30B, sec. 1(b)(32A), exempting the services of "architects, engineers, and related professionals." The Designer Selection Law (M.G.L. c. 7C, secs. 44 et seq.) is not implicated, as no building is involved.
