Presentation on Final Report was held on September 18, 2025 at the Community Senior Center, Great Room.
The Town of Natick wants to enhance its human services in a way that better meets the needs of the Natick community. Human services includes anything that helps people of all ages survive and thrive in our community -- from access to food to opportunities for civic engagement.
The Town of Natick is collaborating with researchers at UMass Boston to gather input from the community on the future of human services. The project begins in the fall of 2023 with the research team doing a deep dive into Natick's existing programming, community demographics, and harvesting best practices from other communities and stakeholders.
At the project’s close in the fall of 2025, the Town will have an assessment of human service needs in Natick that includes recommendations on improving human services programs and offerings to best align with resident needs.
