Licensed Plumber,
Effective January 1, 2026, all water meters 1-inch and smaller purchased from Ti-Sales will be shipped directly to the Natic Water & Sewer Division. All other necessary parts will be provided to the contractor or licensed plumber at the point of sale.
Once the Water & Sewer Division receives confirmation of your purchase:
- We will email you to request a copy of your plumbing permit.
- Upon receipt of the permit, we will send a follow-up email with available dates and times to schedule the installation and water shut off.
- A $50.00 water service fee will be added to the customer’s next water/sewer bill.
Please note that all installation appointments will be scheduled exclusively via email with the licensed plumber.
